Modern College Teaching Building Doors and Windows Replacement 

It is a great honor to install doors and windows for the modern college. With the aim of quality first and service first, Paihao has completed this project perfectly with quality and quantity, and has received unanimous praise from the school!

The following are the installation points of the project:

(1) The thickness and color of the main materials used for doors and windows; The thickness, color, and safety glass parts of the glass must meet the design requirements; Is there any fogging or air leakage in the insulated glass; The thickness of the main material of the aluminum alloy door frame is greater than 2.0mm; The thickness of the main material of the window frame is greater than 1.4mm; Plastic steel sliding doors and windows adopt the 88 series; Plastic steel swing doors and windows adopt the 60 series;

(2) When the height of doors and windows is greater than one floor height or ≥ 3 meters, they should be considered as curtain walls, and the load-bearing components (aluminum frames and steel pipes) must be connected to the main structure through embedded parts, ensuring strength and rigidity.

(3) The joints are tight, the nodes are fully waterproofed and glued, the hardware and profiles must match, and the hardware quality meets the design requirements. Plastic steel doors and windows should undergo lining steel inspection to ensure that the material and shape meet the design requirements.

(4) Check that the certificates of conformity, quality assurance certificates, or valid inspection reports for raw materials such as door and window profiles, glass, and hardware accessories are complete.

(5) Doors and windows are sent for inspection upon arrival for "five properties" testing. According to the requirements of local government functional departments, it should be inspected for its lighting, water tightness, sound insulation, air tightness, and thermal insulation properties.

(6) The protective film for door and window frames must be applied with adhesive tape along the frame for protection. There should be no protective film around the perimeter of the frame to ensure that the seams are tightly sealed and glued after the window frame is installed. It is strictly prohibited to wrap the outer frames of doors and windows with tape for protection.
